Preparations for the upcoming GHRSST meeting in Lima Peru 21-25th June 2010 are now well underway. The meeting, hosted by IMARPE Peru, will be focussed on finalizing the GDS-2.0 and planning for its implementation and management.

An agenda for the meeting in now being prepared to the following meeting structure:
Monday: Review of progress within GHRSST
Tuesday: GDS2.0 Working Groups (Review and update of GDS 2.0 content)
Wednesday: GDS2.0 working groups (Review and update of GDS 2.0 content)
Thursday: GHRSST Developments, applications and services (Science
presentations)
Friday: final presentation of GDS2.0 and review of meeting
(GHRSST TAG and WG sessions will be arranged within the framework of GDS 2.0
Reviews, issues and writing)
(Thursday PM: GHRSST Advisory Council (AC) Meeting)
The GHRSST Science Team meeting is an ideal chance to get together and discuss many issues related to the provision of satellite SST data for science, operations and climate applications.
