Where I can find the latest QuikSCAT L2B User Guide?

In preparation for our FTP-to-HTTPS transition, we are preparing an HTTPS service to host this document in a manner that doesn’t require Earthdata user login. While we await the release of that HTTPS service, here is the PO.DAAC Drive (HTTPS) link to the same document, although it does require Earthdata user login: https://podaac-tools.jpl.nasa.gov/drive ... ide_v4.pdf
This User Guide is compatible with the following QuikSCAT L2B datasets:
