Raw Signal from CYGNSS_L1_RAW_IF

Is there a way to obtain the raw GNSS I/Q data from the CYGNSS_L1_RAW_IF dataset ? If so, which C script should I use ?
Are the available data in the .bin files from the CYGNSS_L1_RAW_IF dataset the samples of the onboard DDMI sensor ?
