Now, I am using Aquarius/SAC-D SSS for studying Korean water at Graduate school(PhD course).

Some salinity values were weired in Korean water.

So, I guessed that was error cause by RFI.

I found RFI monthly images in web site, but there was not data.

Also, images are focused on America and Europe not north-east Asia(Korea).

I'd like to download RFI data or just images for my study.

If I use RFI images, I can usderstand SSS well in Korean water.

Thanks.

Hello,
thanks for your inquiry to PO.DAAC regarding the availability of RFI data/maps to help you better interpret the Aquarius salinity datasets you have been looking at. Unfortunately, PO.DAAC does not maintain any such RFI map products. However, I will forward you inquiry to the Aquarius science team, who may be able to point to you an alternate source for this. I will ask that the they respond to you via this forum.

Hello again.
Just wanted to follow-up and point you to the location of RFI imagery related to Aquarius that is available via the Aquarius/SAC-D mission website (https://aquarius.nasa.gov/).

The pages below show monthly RFI maps resolved via the radiometer and scatterometer aboard Aquarius respectively and derived from the L2 data files.
https://aquarius.umaine.edu/cgi/gal_radiometer.htm
https://aquarius.umaine.edu/cgi/gal_scatterometer.htm

Contacts of the provider of the imagery is available on these pages, as is some basic information on how the images were obtained.

Details on the Aquarius L2 data and how to access them is available at:
https://podaac.jpl.nasa.gov/dataset/AQUARIUS_L2_SSS_V3
User Guide documentation can be obtained at:

Aquarius technical documentation and related resources are listed and accessible via:
