Starting April 2 with the files in https://podaac-tools.jpl.nasa.gov/drive ... s/2015/092
the naming convention for the raw binary files changed to embed the extra string "goes" in the file name.
Is this a permanent change that won't be reversed to achieve consistency with all preceding files in the catalog?
The change broke my cron script that harvests the data for our near real time system.
The provider (NOAA) did make a filename change around April 2, 2015 for the forward stream. As far as I know the historical data will not be reprocessed. So there will be two sets of filename conventions for this dataset. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Thanks for the explanation
